Working Principle

Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector through the duct system by the exhaust fan. Large wood chips settle naturally inside the hopper, while fine dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bags. Clean air passes through the filters and is discharged safely into the atmosphere or returned to the workshop. The automatic pulse jet cleaning system periodically releases compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the filter bags, ensuring consistent airflow and optimal filtration performance.
